Definition of this KPI:
The share/percentage of employees that are happy with their workplace conditions. Surveys or feedback mechanisms can be used to gauge employee satisfaction with workplace conditions related to ethics.


  • This KPI can be calculated as: Employee Satisfaction = (number of satisfied employees / total number of employees) x 100
  • The KPI will be measured as: percentage (%)
