Definition of this KPI:
The extent to which employees are satisfied of not. This can be measured by a survey, for example, on several scales and in several ways.


  • This KPI can be calculated as: Average score of the employee satisfaction.
  • The KPI will be measured as: number (amount of units, rating, etc)
  • How to interpret the KPI: higher is better
  • The strategic objective to measure with this KPI: Happy employees make happy customers, which make happy shareholders
